  • Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport 1.5hrs away.
  • Richmond International Airport 1.75 hrs away.
  • Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport 45 min away.

A: Yes, we will provide a shuttle to and from all the previously mentioned airports for a flat rate of $50. Please send us your date and time of arrival. There will be scheduled pick-up times for each Airport that will be provided once we have a better idea of arrival times.

A: Yes, each individual, including children, must register separately. As we anticipate high demand for this event, we are closely monitoring attendance to ensure we do not exceed capacity for seminars and classes. Each attendee will be checked in individually to maintain capacity limits. Additionally, we are offering a children’s program tailored to different age groups, so it’s essential to provide the names and ages of all children attending to customize their experience.

A: Unfortunately, all cabins are designed to accommodate four people due to limited space. However, you can request to be assigned with a friend. Otherwise, we will pair you with another attendee, offering a wonderful opportunity to forge new friendships!

A: All of our on-campus accommodations include access to the program, food, and of course lodging.

A: We’ll be offering the same nutritious cuisine prepared during our Lifestyle sessions—vegan, oil-free, unprocessed, and whenever possible, organic. Trust us, the food is a highlight not to be missed!

A: Absolutely! While parents attend seminars and classes, we’ve curated an engaging program for children. They’ll enjoy water activities, crafts, scavenger hunts, nature walks, and more!

A: The program is priced at $200 per child, aged 3 to 16 years old. This fee helps cover the cost of snacks, activities, and more.

A: While we’ll send out a detailed list of recommended items for each accommodation, here’s a quick preview: don’t forget your towels, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and attire. Get ready to dive into the experience!

A: While we adore pets and typically welcome them on our campus, we’ve implemented a temporary no-pet policy for this event due to the number of attendees and potential allergies. However, certified service dogs are always welcome.
